Getting started with Connectworks is simple and tailored to your firm's needs. We begin with a conversation to understand your structure and workflows, then typically recommend our 30-day free trial — the most common approach for firms. As part of the trial, we import up to 10 companies so you can test the full annual return process in a real-world setting, and our Customer Success team provides initial training to ensure you're set up correctly and confident from day one. Around two weeks later, we run a second training session to explore additional features, including compliance management, shareholding and capital structures, precedents and document generation, and AML functionality. For firms ready to move more quickly, we can also organise a full bulk import of your entities with comprehensive onboarding and setup support. Yes. You can choose a different plan for every company or trust you manage. There’s no firm‑wide subscription requirement and no minimum commitment.
How it works:
- Per‑entity billing: You only pay for the specific entities you load into Connectworks.
- Mix and match plans: Put each client on the tier that suits their needs (e.g., AML‑only for simple clients, full management for those needing annual returns, document packs, and e‑signatures).
- Upgrade or downgrade anytime: Change plans as your clients’ needs evolve.
- No lock‑in: Every entity can be on its own plan with complete flexibility.
We offer flexible payment options to make things easy for your firm. All invoices are issued via Xero, giving you full visibility and a clear audit trail. You can pay securely online using Stripe (credit or debit card), or via direct debit. We bill annually in advance based on the number of entities you have on the date you start using Connectworks. If you add entities or additional subscriptions during the year, these will be invoiced in the month the change is made. For additional flexibility, a monthly billing option is also available. You can upgrade or change an entity’s subscription at any time within the Connectworks platform. There are no change fees — it’s quick and easy to manage as your needs evolve.
