There are a number of ways you can get started with Connectworks. You’ll need to talk with one of our team so we can understand your specific needs, and tailor a proposed approach to getting started. We typically work in two ways; we can organise a ‘bulk import’ of your entities into Connectworks and our Customer Success team provide extensive onboarding and setup support. Alternatively, we can offer you a ‘paid trial’ where we allow you to setup up to 3 entities with the support of our team so you can get an insight into how Connectworks could work for your firm (this is limited to 3 months and is completely obligation free). We offer a range of subscription plans. Whether you are managing companies or trusts we have flexible subscription tiers that suit your needs. Our plans are also flexible to the range of entities and requirements you might have for each. You are charged on a per-entity basis, and you can have different entities on different subscription plans. Select the plan that’s right for each entity you manage. There's no requirement to use a single plan for your entire firm. For example, you could have 10 entities loaded in Connectworks, for 5 of them you only need to capture AML, and for the other 5 you need to be able to create document packs, get e-signatures and file annual returns on behalf of them. In this case, you’d be charged $200 per year ($5 x 5 AML subscriptions, and $35 x 5 for Unlimited with signing subscriptions). What’s included in our plans is detailed above.
Payments can be made by bank transfer. We do not have the ability to pay by credit card at this current time, but it is something we are exploring. We bill you annually based on the number of entities you have at the date you start using Connectworks, and this must be paid in advance. You can add entities or other subscriptions during the year which we will bill you in the month that you make the change. If you wish to change a subscription for an entity you can do so at any time, we do not charge for this, and it can easily be done inside the Connectworks platform.
There are no setup fees. All onboarding and customer support is included in all subscription plans. We work with you to tailor your onboarding plan to your needs. In the case of a ‘paid trial’, you essentially cover the costs of the entities you are trialling but there are no additional charges for the support you receive during this time.
